The Waterless Car Wash

Updated: Jul 25, 2022

A waterless car wash? You might be wondering how on earth that works. This is in fact, the latest technology in sustainable car cleaning developed in California. Eco-friendly, non acidic and toxic free, this is definitely the the way forward with the current pressures on our world's precious resources.

How does it work?

The waterless wash is an advanced detailing juice developed in California, in response to the droughts.

A light mist emulsifies the dirt using less than a litre of solution, which can then easily be buffed away with a microfibre cloth. We use a fresh, clean side of a microfibre every time to make sure its kind on your paintwork and minimise any risk of scratching.

More powerful than you might think, the microfibres absorb and lift the dirt on your car with fibres 100x smaller than a single hair.

Why go waterless?

By choosing a waterless wash you save on average 200 litres of water every time. There's also no toxic run-off into our drains, which is beneficial for both our water supply and our biodiversity.

With no toxic run-off and no mess, the Valeters can travel by bike or moped with all the equipment then need and squeeze into small spaces. No parking space or water supply needed!

Supporting global water projects

663 million people in the world live without clean water. We've partnered with charity: water to help them change and transform communities by providing long-lasting access to clean water.

We donate a proportion of our profits to the charity and in 2019, we’ve pledged £7,500 to fund a water project through Wash Doctors fundraising activities.

To book your waterless wash today, simply jump over to the Wash Doctors app on your phone or give us a call. Our Valeters will come to you. If you have any questions about the process and products, don't hesitate to get in touch.
