This week our Head of Growth, Ellie, discovers delicious delights by the seaside and escapes to Thailand-upon-Kew.

Spend your time exploring with the family, and we’ll have your car smelling as fresh as an orchid by the time you get back. Download the app today.

A DRIVE AWAY: windswept walks and Foodie festivities in Rye this weekend

Image source: Beside the sea holidays. Rye’s small boats return daily from the deep, clean and high-salinity waters of Rye Bay.

Where: Rye Bay Scallop Festival, East Sussex

When: 24-25th February

Getting there: Approximately 78 miles, just a 2 hour drive from London or 1 hour 45 minute train from Kings Cross St Pancras.

It’s been 16 years since the coastal East Sussex town of Rye celebrated its first Rye Bay Scallop Festival - welcoming Britons all over to enjoy these succulent molluscs at their peak sweetness! The seaside town will be taken over by events and restaurant tastings. Learn more about the festivities.

Not feeling fishy? The town overlooks salt marshes stretching down to Rye Harbour beach and Camber Sands - why not take an exhilarating 7-mile sandy coastal dune walk and end up in a local pub (scallops or no scallops!). Book a table ahead now.

Don’t worry about those sandy socks on the drive home, our Wash Doctor Interior service can take care of the nitty gritty whilst you focus on the blue sky thinking. Download the app today.
