How does it work?


Wash Doctors is an on-demand app which connects you to mobile Valeters who will come to your parked car - whether it’s outside your home, office or in a car park. You can book a wash for that day or pre-book up to 14 days in advance. If you order an exterior service you do not need to be there! For an interior service you simply need to be there within the given time frame to unlock your car. Download our app on either iOS and Android to book a wash.




What services do you offer?


Wash Doctors offers a complete range of valeting and detailing services. From exterior maintenance washes, right through to full valeting and detailing services. Using the latest cleaning technology, Valeters can service both the outsides and insides of your car in any location (Underground / On-street or Off street parking)

All you need to provide is access to the car and we will do the rest! .




How long does it take?


Each service has an estimated length of time that is required for each service. This can be found on the home page of the app.




Do you wash my type of vehicle?


We offer a car wash service for all major car types, including:

  • Hatchback
  • Sports/Super car
  • Medium Saloon
  • Large Saloon
  • 4x4
We do not offer motorbike, van or bus cleaning.




Is Wash Doctors in my area?


We currently operate in Greater London (and surrounding towns/cities), Brighton and Birmingham. Check out our homepage map to see the areas we cover. If you have downloaded our app, a notification will appear on your screen when you try to book a wash if we are not yet servicing your area. If you have any issues with booking a wash to your location, please send an email.




Do I need to have a smartphone?


If you do not have a smart phone, and therefore not able to download our app (on iOS and Android), please feel free to give us a call to arrange a booking over the phone.




Do I need to provide easy access to my car?


Your Valeter will travel by moped or a van. Please contact your valeter to ensure you have the correct access depending on the valeter you choose. Services above a Silver valet will all be attended by valeters in a van due to the equipment require to do the service. If you have parked in private parking and have permission to allow us into the area, please add instructions for your Valeter when you book in the app. For interior services, your Valeter will call to arrange for you to unlock and lock your car. If there is anything that will make this easier for you, please let your Valeter know and they will do their best to accomodate you.




How can I reset my password?


If you need to reset your password for the app, you will need to go to the log in screen and press to 'log in'. There is then a link that you will be able to tap saying 'forgotten password'. By entering the email under the account you will then be sent a reset password link to that email address.




Is it possible to cancel and/or reschedule?


Yes. You can reschedule your order through the app in the booking details page. Depending on the stage of your order you may be subjected to additional charges. Please note, once a Valeter is en route or has started the wash, a refund will not be possible.




How do I claim the offer?


You'll be able to redeem your first wash offer when you download the app. Enter your discount code on the payment page when booking your first wash.

All offers are subjest to a limited time only.




How do I unlock my car for an interior service?


The process is simple. You tell us how long you are parked for when booking. The Valeter will notify you once they have arrived via the app. They will get started on the exterior, giving you 30-minutes to meet and unlock the car before they start on the interior. Your Valeter will notify you in the app once the interior is complete to come out to lock your car. If there is anything which would make this process easier for you, please feel free to let your Valeter know. We hope to accommodate your needs as best we can, and any suggestions will be taken on board as we expand.




Can I pay with cash?


Wash Doctors is a 100% cashless service. You can secure a booking on the app using any of the following options: Visa, MasterCard, American Express debit/credit card or Paypal.
